Crazy Calories: Cocktails
Working out, eating right, and still not getting results? The culprit may be your cocktail. You may be surprised at the number of calories in your favorite alcoholic drink.
The link below shows the average calories of common alcoholic beverages. REMEMBER: those numbers do not include mixers, and count for about a shots worth of alcohol. So, two or three vodka and cranberries could add well over 400 CALORIES to your dinner!

Emotional Eater?
Are you an emotional eater? Psychology Today puts your lifestyle to the test.
Take the test and find your results by clicking here:

Fake it 'til you make it?
AOL recently posted Oprah and Heidi Klum's new favorite shapewear, Yummie Tummie. Yummie Tummie is similar to the "Spanx" leg shaper, but its for your top half. Comparable to a tank top, Yummie Tummie helps control the extra stomach lovin' that hangs over our jeans called the "muffin top".
Check out the results.

Stress induced weight gain
Hi Ladies,
What a beautiful Monday! I hope you are enjoying your day, and had a good weekend. I can't wait to see you tonight! We are going to have an outstanding class! Uhh..Did you know that stress can pack on the pounds?! WebMD posted an article stating that chronic stress can increase your appetite, and be tied to "stress induced weight gain". I'm surprised I'm not a 600 pound man!
Their first recommendation: Exercise. Thank you God for Dance Yourself Skinny! Tonight we're not only going to burn calories, but we're going to relieve stress! And if you're like me, you should be 600 pounds, too.
I'll see you tonight!
