Today brings us to another session of Dance Yourself Skinny. I know some of you are on the edge of your seat, as I am! Our classes have been exhilarating.

We all know weight loss takes dedication. But, who says it can't be FUN! Everything that you put in to changing your lifestyle will be returned. What you do privately will be rewarded publicly!

Stress induced weight gain

Hi Ladies,

What a beautiful Monday! I hope you are enjoying your day, and had a good weekend. I can't wait to see you tonight! We are going to have an outstanding class! Uhh..Did you know that stress can pack on the pounds?! WebMD posted an article stating that chronic stress can increase your appetite, and be tied to "stress induced weight gain". I'm surprised I'm not a 600 pound man!

Their first recommendation: Exercise. Thank you God for Dance Yourself Skinny! Tonight we're not only going to burn calories, but we're going to relieve stress! And if you're like me, you should be 600 pounds, too.
